^yes my husband goes to the gym regularly and always been very sporty person.
I'm sorry but I don't agree that women with kids or jobs who don't have time for gym have any excuse not to be fit and healthy, also about the unhealthy eating topic, facts show that majority who suffer from eating disorders are teenage girls not housewives or working women.
I did say that about size 4 but my husband thinks even size 8 is too skinny, I don't think we are like your cousin and his wife. lol
