If my bf says to me, Your getting abit chubby loose some weight, I'll be like Ok cool. If he says have you seen so and so you should look like her. I would get hurt, coz hes comparing me to another girl.
Or he really loves my curry .. I would be hurt if he said bla bla's curry is so nice you should make it like her. Again it would hurt me.
Comparing a loved one to another person does hurt you. No matter what. Wish people would take feelings into consideration.
