3 possible situations based on what you said
-
Same group of people complaining about the same group of mod.
-
Many people complaining about one specific group of Mods or one mod
-
60,000 members vs about 50 mods and every now and then some member has problem with some mod.
Conclusion of each issue
-
It has nothing to do with modship, its a personal issues, one on one kind of stuff. Someone does not like me, when I become a Mod, all he/they does/do is to find keeRaa in everything that I do. Best solution is to ignore those chronic compaliners.
-
That means that Mod is not performing his/her duties right. Solutions are to coach/help the mod to perform better, put a senior co-mod in his forum who can guide the mod or last solution is that admins request the mod to leave the team. And honestly, we excersise all these solutions based on the situation
-
That situation is bound to happen as no one is perfect, nor mods neither members. Best Solution is to resolve the issues on case to case basis
