anyway CE is a strong woman and no where she was beaten to death, unnecessary people entering that thread was not helping and that included my mods. I dont have any say on anyone but I can at least request my mods not to become part of any unnecessary conversation and not to be part of some party bandee.

CE was in touch with me through PMs and she very strongly registered her protest. I made oa note of that and that is it. I doubt if CE was looking for her supporters to come to that thread, anyway.

Point is Aliyish, that there were many came to that thread who were not mods and came only to put fuel to the fire, not to show support to CE ... and what the heck .. they did not even know what they were supporting CE for .. they did not even know the Thread/Joke of CE that we were discussing.

Mods could at least see that joke sitting in RF so they came back and expressed their opinon. All other Jihadis who entered that t hreda with martyr syndrome did not ahev a clue of what we were talking about.

There is no backbiting about anyone in Mod forums.. we do discuss people whose threads and postings require moderation .. that is not back biting rangeen aankhon walee ..

its easy to criticize than to run a 60K members,. 2k posts a day website …

Aliyish, our own points only seem valid when we look at things from one side, and I can see that what is happening here. Using CE's shoulder to chala'o bandooq.

I saw people who hardly entered the forum in the year of 2009 and came and were taking CE's side in that issue.. that was actually quite pathetic act ..sorry to say that.

As far as Mirch is concerned, there was a time when you + 1 more person were calling Mirch our BROTHERS and bullying people out of the forum you were moderating when that person said something good about Mirch and did not help your other friend in tooting his horn..

point is, you are not against Mirch, you are against the team that he is part of .. Mods/members arguments always happen, its not a new thing and has nothing to do with who is mod or who is not. Its just the way it is ..

but when people change their faces it shows their true color ..

Mirch was a BROTHER once and now he is a bully ... that is such a class act display that is leaving me quite speechless

TLK this is not the right thread to post this but u started this conversation so I will continue......

The joke was not the issue, the issue was with a thread tht was opened in Oct but was not removed then, but as soon as ya get another mod in tht forum(who has a vengeance against me) he removes it straight away.....yeh we did talk through pm's but u did not listen to my point at all, Instead of finding a solution u found excuses for that mod, in the end I gave up........

No one still answerd my quesion why the thread was not removed back in oct an it was removed now, The mod of tht forum found my thread insulting (or so he says), is this what ur forum is run on? mods discretion? where are the policies tht ur mods are meant to follow, when they review a thread? if those policies where followed then why did no one pick up on my thread in oct?

u guys are in the wrong an u know it, Mirch finds my thread insulting yeah? an does not think tht it is suitable for a pakistani forum, yet he is volunteering to pm tht thread to others....... how does tht makes sence?

By gathering ur mods around an choosing what to quote me on, an supporting Mirch to make me look in the wrong just makes u guys look lame.....

bottom line is talking to u, an ur mods is like bashing my head against a brick wall, u dont want to find soloutions to thing u just want to prove ur selves right all the time even when u r in the wrong......well good luck to u, leave me out of it.....

Now I know that you gonaa say that TLK was in that thread at that time .. Well, I was not a Mod of Joke and not even a director at that time and I dont interfere in people's job ...

See that’s the real concern ,when you guys gang up in a thread to resolve a matter concerning one of your team mates , its like good team work.

But if some one else does it , you asked them not to fight some one else battle :smiley:

And btw it aint a battle ground , so if some one has supported that lass , they must have consider it doing . And have sound and solid reasons of doing it .

Neither am against Mirch , nor am against your team . I have called him brother and you cant even quote a single example which I showed disrespect for him .

I disagree on his actions and it aint something personal .. Like every soul I do have a right to disagree and object on things I don’t like .

Anyway, I think we should all move on from this topic .. I dont see any value and no one is going to get convinced ..

Mirch did not bully anyone. He is one the best CM, one of the most level headed guy that we have not on this team but on the whole Gupshup. It was just a coincident that the Joke was posted by CE .. if it was anyone else, knowing Mirch .. I know that he would have moved it anyway.

I am not forcing anyone to respect Mirch, but the fact that the guy was picked as a mod (then by old GSUP team) within few months of him joining and then moved on to CMship says a lot about him, whether anyone agrees or not.
