I recently visited Pakistan and I became aware of how Pakistani men love to stare at women, whether they are young or middle aged. Why is that??? Especially since Pakistan is a so-called “Islamic” state, you would think they would lower their gazes.
Also, I’ve heard that the men of Pakistan, and I’m not saying that ALL pakistani men are like this, touch women who are out in the bazaars. Touching could be a slap on the thigh area or a pinch in the butt. This is totally wrong. How can they get away with this??
There is a mystic thread of life
So dearly wreath’d with mine alone,
That Destiny’s relentless knife
At once must sever both, or none.

hmmm....some kind a like.
You always feel attracted to sin.
Ek baatshah hota tha jiski willpower bohaat strong hoti thi. Usne ke paas ek buzurg haazir howe: "Baatshah hazoor agar aap ne ek meri shart jeet li to phir mene aap ko MAAN liya". Buzurg farmane lage:" Baatshah hazoor aap aaj se ek kaam ki jiye. Rozana jab aap namaz pare ge to aap ne "ek keela kata howa monkey" ki nahi sochna. Manzoor hai baadshah hazoor?!" Baatshah:""Monkey??!?" hmmm..challo theek hai" Buzurg chup rahe aur phir aista se farmane lage:"Agar ap yeh shart haar gayi to me aap ka ghulaam ban jaou ga". Baatshah soochne ke baad raazi ho giya...........2 din ke baat baatshah ne buzurg ko wapis bulaya aur kene laga: "Buzurgo aap jeete aur hum haar gaye, harr baar namaaz parte huwe muje yeh kambacht "monkey keela kate howe" yaad ata tha"....buzurgo:"Baatshah hazoor yehi to baat hai INSAAN ki?!? Jis cheez se Isaan ko manaa kiya jata hai ussi hi burri cheez ki taraf uski sooch aur bhi jaati hain"......
.....now see even a baatshah with strong willpower had problems to couple with this situation. islam or not islam its a matter of self discipline and even the toughest can become weak.
"Rahi pinch aur tang karne wali baat.....aisi baat mene khabi nahi sunni", maybe acceptional cases...jo harr mulk me hote rethe hai!
"kaisay na karta usko main pyar, uski haseen main sukh thay hazaar, bichar gayay hum dukh ki hay baat"
there are many men like that.
the worse i've come across, are yes - pakistanis, and phillipinos-sp?, afghani, indian , and saudi.
tobah hai. and all in the mall/outdoor _market type of places. not the young boy types, but more of the men. i'm still working on some sorta defense mechanism for the next time i go back to pk/s.a. - still haven't figured one out against them.
The starring is culture in pakistan. It is not women, but men are also being starred by people. When I went to pakistan after long period, first thing i noticed was people stared a lot. Now when look closer, you will find the reason is that our people have lot of time and over the time it now become hobby to stare.
Unfortunately, out mullah in pakistan tell women to wear burqa etc, but never tell a men to lower their gaze as well, especially when talking to stranger woman. Islam in pakistan is sort mishey mashey.
Sehar: tere wargi koloN juttiyan kha ke vi khush hunday honge...balke jaake apnay dostaN nu dasday ne..yaar ujj bhaut maza ayea...oh kaali kameez wali ne jutti laah ke mainu salaam aakhi.
waise have you guys noticed that desi women also stare at men...of course not as stupidtly as men do. I have noticed that in a place where there are lot of women gathered(parties etc.) and fewer men, women do check out guys.
Chann: You are right i was in pak in November and I couldnt believe what was going around there never saw them like this. They had their eyes all over me pata nahi kiya ho giya…ok i admit maybe im good looking (ahmmm ahmm) ego?
par iska matlaab to nahi hai ke aise deko…and this number stuff is so normal there not only boyz yaar girls…so common.
Upper se aur bhi kuch howa but this is another story…the worst think was they all even men came to me while was going to by some thing i dont prefer to go with car coz i used to walk to the market since it is 5 mins away and they came to me and asked me if i was a MODEL and if i would work in MOVIES and sort of stuff they all give me handshakes etc etc…uff yaar after that i never went out without a car
its not only in Pakistan but where ever desis live. in London in all the desi places like southall, green street, n others, its full of them. its really really ennoying, more than that, i just feel like sticking one finger, or normally its like u stupid uloos, they r soo sad, apni maan behan tu hai hee nahi jesay ghar mein, i'm sure if sumone else is staring at their wifie, behana, they'll find it frustrating, but that doesn't stop'em no!!
It is simple Tube Runner. People in Pakistan from the begining are told the things which are bad and good. When you go out and women who have chadder on properly, men evoid look at them, but if you are wear some tight clothes then you are in trouble out in bazaar.
No sorry i dont agree on this…if a woman wears burkha and chaadar ppl get more curious and wanna know what is hiding behind this all. Wearing close fitting stuff you have eyes on you too but still you wont be so curious about what is hiding underneath it hmmmm maybe i said something wrong here

when i went to pakistan in 2000 - its then i noticed the starring - and i gotta say it scared the !*%! outta me...mainly cos i thought it was the one place i wouldn't get the dodgy looks....
same thing happened in saudi arabi in the malls....i was frankly disgusted. men can't seem to keep their eyes to them selves...but i gotta say some of the ladiesssss were eyeing my bro...and it was kinda freaky for him too....!

i agree with u there, i really do hate going to places where desis r around, its like all of them have the same disease of staring! i never heard of the ladies eyeing men though!
i don’t think itz a men-related problem…women also look at men…how u’ll know if they are lookin at u if u won’t look at them and notice…now don’t tell me that ur alwayz told by otherz that sum1 is lookin at u…if this is the case then def. they were lookin at men..and so on…
jhoot ki haad hai..kaise sub lerkiyan masoon-te-innocent bun jaati hein aisi situationz mein…
…yeh to nature hai insaan ki…mein mazloom, tum zalim…
itz a 2-way road..not 1-way…they are just as guilty as u are…i def. won’t buy that girlz don’t look at guyz…and in my opinion…most who don’t like guyz lookin at them mind simply because they are old…if u put baita jee inplace of abba/dada-jrr… i’m 200% sure no1 will complain…sooch sooch ki baat hai…
