like hellloo..if you're lookin up derv and u see guyz staring at ya...that doesn't mean you're doing the same thing.
And ya..it does apply to both males AND females. Both can be batameez ya know.

Yes, staring is a problem, but it is not just Pakistani related. It is Human Nature.
If you travel to any country, West Indies, South America, Africa, Australia etc. You will also get this staring treatment. I know cuz I've been there!
The irritating thing in Pakistan for me is that they just know that you are a foreigner (to them that is) and for some mystical reason they believe that you are Naive or Stupid coming from a Western Country and therefore are not aware of the Culture. 'So let's try our luck with person' or 'at least fantasise'. This is the motto. There is no compulsion for men and women on this staring issue. Both the men and women stare blatantly!!
So what I tend to do in turn is put one foot forward, lean to the side, a matchstick in my mouth, a hanky in the other, smirk and start staring back.
