Nothing gay abt keeping urself clean and goodlooking as a guy. Im not sure what a facial is though and I wudnt go to a beauty parlor. Im perfectly capable to keep myself clean. Use a good face wash every evening before sleep and a moisturizer on the face. Once a week do a face scrub to remove dead skin cells. Keeping a clean skin is not that hard unless u have sum kind of skin disorder. U'll have a smooth clean skin and if u dont shave u can get the macho look aswell but still with a clean skin :p
