CB…couldn’t have said it better myself. I don’t like to stereotype. But the female bosses I’ve encountered can be a real NASTY PIECE OF WORK! I’ve seen such manipulative behavior on their part. I’ve seen them DELIBERATELY set employees up for failure. Such as asking minute unnecessary questions that few people (including the most experienced employees in the same branch would** not** know the answer to) and if you’re unsure about the answer…BOOM it goes on the employees evaluation. I’ve even seen female supervisors gang up on an employee. For example…let’s say your direct supervisor is Jenny. And another supervisor, Sally, sees you make an HONEST MISTAKE where you forget to do something…Sally will report you to YOUR supervisor, JENNY…who will then target you on your evaluation…even though Jenny NEVER witnessed your mistake and never even talked to you about it, or suggested improvement. Instead she decides to give you a nasty surprise. See what I mean? Evil, conniving, manipulative behavior. And the sad part is that…they’re not just rumors. They’re not just stories. They’re actual accounts of how people have been screwed over!
