Casually in the lunch room or by the water cooler.....
Me: "Hey...nice shoes."
Him: "Hmm? Oh...uh...thanks."
Me: "They look Italian......."
Him: "No I got them at Walmart "
Me, laughingly: "oh...sorry....I'm a little bit of a connoiseur......yes...shoe connoiseur"
Him: "My wife says you can get 2 for 29.99 at Walmart or BOGO at payless"
Me: " okay- that's great!" ..... and running away
