Men are better writers than females

Do you agree with this statement?

why? do men get more exposure to life as compared to females. or they are better in expressing their feelings / experiences?

Re: Men are better writers than females

:hehe: zipped lips

let someone else post here

Re: Men are better writers than females

Both men and women gets more or less equal exposure and in terms of feelings females are far better :snooty:

men are wiser in selection of words and their way of convincing is :k:

Re: Men are better writers than females

men are better poets and women are better writers if that makes any sense ...

Re: Men are better writers than females

I think an example will illustrate this.

Re: Men are better writers than females

you mean females are convinced or easy to get convinced?

I mean men come up with more logical statements ,their thoughts are clear, they have this ability to make things understand to the readers maybe because their minds are not pre-occupied but, that does not mean women are easily convinced and i am not even underestimating female writers.

Re: Men are better writers than females

historically more exposure

Re: Men are better writers than females

who is your favorite writer?

who do you think is the best male / female writers?

Re: Men are better writers than females

but female got more exposure, when all the male members were killed in wars and they had to face enemies. no?

Re: Men are better writers than females

Unfortunately i have not read too many books to name some favorites. :(

i liked Abdullah by hashim nadeem........it was a good novel, besides that i have read a few safarnama by mustansar hussain tarrar and i think even after reading one or two novels you can differentiate between the writing styles.

Its something new i am hearing since all says women are more expressive then men thats why they talk all the time unlike men.

Re: Men are better writers than females

good point, but excess talking doesn't mean expressing actual feelings. soaps got so many episodes, which can be covered in few episodes. :)

S0 you are saying that women talk alot but express less? But men talk less and express less as well then it does not made them equal? I guess women should write novels and men should write short stories only

Re: Men are better writers than females

I was just trying to illustrate, how excess talking doesn't always mean expressing feelings in same proportion. :)

BTW, who is your favorite writers from both genders? Do you think, there are certain issues which can be portrayed more properly by a particular gender?

Re: Men are better writers than females

Here comes someone who disagrees :)

Re: Men are better writers than females

Seven famous female authors who used male pseudonyms

Seven Famous Female Authors Who Used Male Pseudonyms | Divine Caroline

why did they feel the need to publish their work under a male pseudonym? were they scared people will not read their books? they will not get famous? or they too like me admitted that men are better writers :stuck_out_tongue:
