Is it fair to call them the ‘jews of Pakistan’? Have any of you had any experiences where a memon has shown cheapness? Is the stereotype of memons being cheap justified?

Just assumption if you ask me. Allah clearly says that he has not created 2 hearts in any human being. By calling all memons cheap, we are just assuming without knowing the truth about every memon there is. There is one everywhere (not just Memons). Everyone is created the same way with one heart. What is cheapness anyways? Saving money for rainy days, or not spending a lot on materialistic things? If this is cheapness then we should all be cheap.
EDIT: I have come across Memons who are not "cheap"
