My reading of the situation based on media reports is as follows: Ali Enterprises receives an extortion demand for 200 million rupees. Ali Enterprises complain to MQM. They are called to a meeting at MQM HQ. Then MQM removes the sector in charge, and appoints a new sector in charge. The new sector in charge of Baldia Town along with accomplices then sets fire to the factory. The doors to the factory are locked from outside. MQM minister registers an FIR against the factory owners, and only after he receives 150 millions from the factory owners is that FIR cancelled.

this is confusing part!!!

why would someone like MQM have to change its sector incharge and then new sector incharge put factory on fire?? burning, shooting and killing people is normal for MQM…
