melts in ur mouth brownies!HOW????????????

HI
I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE BROWNIES THAT JUST MELT IN UR MOUTH.

i have tried many times but they just dont turn out right.

mmmm..brownies…sometimes if you keep them in for the amount of time required in the recipie..they come out a little hard…so i take them out like 2-5 minutes before..they’re not uncooked..so don’t worry…they come out more moist and softer…very :yummy:

thats it? thats the secret.my cousins r so mean then.TY SUNSET.

I use the Hersheys recipe, let me know if you want me to post it.

^
may i ask u to post it...??? :-)

karakush..it works for me..hehe

Naa baba naa I make my own, not from a box. I just use the recipe they provide.

Afia here you go,now i just cut and pasted this but i've tried this recipe many times, it's really yummy and simple.

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa (or any brand of cocoa)
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch square baking pan.

  2. Stir together butter, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Add eggs; beat well with spoon. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in nuts, if desired. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.

  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely .

Oh and if you serve this with vanilla ice cream, yummy. Sometimes I add chocolate chips too or white chocolate chunks.

belle...wow...sounds like a good receipe..im sure its much better than any mix..hehe.....must try sometime...
i know..i cheat...:p

Human Ji, as long as its not ataa use maida (I think its called that) than yea you can use plain flour. What do you mean by plain flour?

Yes you can use a 9 inch round pan, your brownies can be cut out like a pie than.

THE MOST AMAZING BROWNIES EVER

:P cant believe im about to share this recipe..but maybe i can pretend it never happened:

try this out. Im sure u wont regret it

1cup cooking oil*NOT OLIVE OIL*
1 cup flour
1cup sugar
two tablespoons cocoa powder
few drops vanilla essence
2 eggs
2 tsps baking powder if flour isnt self raising

okay..usually i do the flour and baking powder and cocoa powder sifting alltogether to get an even mix. the eggs sugar and vanilla essence and oil is already being whipped..put all this in. The whole finished mix should look very ..together. dont fret it. its supposed to look that way. smooth it over a baking dish. and put it in the oven. oh and taste the batter. if u want..add more sugar. the key ingredient in this is OIL instead of BUTTER. it makes the whole thing very melty in your mouth and utterly heavenly.

if you want more batter. proportionally multiply the quantities.

meray liay to kabhi nahi banaye

:snooty:

ilzaaaam!!! i baked my first ever cake for you!! and then bawled when i thought it sank!

Plain flour is maida. thanks.

Demesne is there any subsitute for vanilla essence.

:ahaa: Vanilla coke?

dont know abt vanilla coke. basic reason we put in vanilla essence is to get rid of the floury smell. so..try other essences. there are all sorts. u only need like three four drops, so it doesnt matter.

^ How about roof afza?

:ahaa:

Yo may use few drops of lemon juice.

rooh afza? never ever ever thought of it or tried it. :) lekin since it wasnt known of by whomever came up with brownie idea, i think u shud pass. vanilla essence KAHIN bhi mil jata hay

Dur_e_Iman thanks :)

Demesne OK I guess I'll have to buy vanilla essence then. :-/
