melts in ur mouth brownies!HOW????????????

make it with ice ? :D

Sure enuf u've got plenty of recipies by now. Here's one too. I tried it, turned out really nice. If u don't want to get any home baked ones. Take out some from FudRuckers> There u'll have the most heavenly 'melt in mouth' experience.
Enjoy!

First layer:
2 1/2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup Butter
2 x Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Chopped pecans

Second layer:
1/2 cup Butter
3 tbl Milk
2 tbl Vanilla instant pudding mix
2 1/2 cup Powdered sugar

Third layer:
1 pkt Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tbl Butter
3 tbl Water

Method :

First layer: preheat oven to 350. Melt chocolate and butter together. Beat eggs and add sugar. Mix well. Stir into chocolate and butter. Mix flour and salt and blend into chocolate mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread in greased 11 by 7-inch glass dish. Bake 22 minutes and let cool.

Second layer: cream butter. Combine milk and pudding mix and add to butter.

Gradually stir in powdered sugar. Spread on top of brownie and refrigerate until firm.

Third layer: melt chocolate chips in butter and water over very low heat. When slightly cool, spread over top and refrigerate.

Tip: Melt the chocolate/butter over a double boiler.

Tip: Use dark chocolate instead of cocoa powder. It tastes soooo much better!

I tried Demense's brownie recipe and I have to say they turned out great........ really melt in your mouth kind....only thing is I think I would prefer a darker chocalte...but the recipe is greattttttttttt....thanks!!!

:):)

glad to know it turned out well. one trick is to take out the brownies before they are completely done. and leave them to cool on the side. the heat within will cook them while cooling and retain moisture.

oh and i loved to add a dallop of peanut butter within the brownie. so that while eating u come across a wad of it. tastes amazing with the brownie

how can i know that my oven is at 350 ???

it's got no thermometer :(
