Re: mehndi outfits
gross:(
gross? what?
Re: mehndi outfits
that girls reception look..sorry i might have been bit blunt..but its true though..her set is so yellow and bright..and the dress is so dark..the jewellery dnt match with the outfit it shuld been a lil darker...
the eye and the lip colour is jst the same...eyebrows look so fake and so dark
Re: mehndi outfits
So there can be a little bit miss match b/w jewelry and dress but it is not "gross".
I actually love her dress and actually like her eye make up and I like that lip color is kind of coordinating the eye make up.
At the end everyone has a different taste or sense of style. We might not like everything but "Gross" is not an appropriate word to use. Just think if someone uses gross for your wedding pictures. :)
Re: mehndi outfits
im nt gng to post them in the open public forum for sure..!! am sensible
Re: mehndi outfits
but these girls didn't post their pics here... someone on GS found these pics and shared them with us.
thats not even the point though... the point is, i think you should be nice. its unpleasant to the rest of us to read mean comments, and kills the good vibes here, even if the brides themselves aren't here to share their opinions.
Re: mehndi outfits
that girl has AMAZING features. she looks best in the simple white outfit in nikkah photos she needs no makeup
Re: mehndi outfits
It is not about posting them on public forum or not posting on public forum. It is about respect that is expected from members.
You can have difference of opinion and you can express your opinion using decent and acceptable comments that don’t sound derogatory. This forum has some rules. I recommend you read them before commenting on more pictures. http://www.paklinks.com/gs/showthread.php?t=243939](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/showthread.php?t=243939)

As I said before the terms you use shouldn't sound derogatory. There is a difference b/w "gross" and "bad choice of jewelry".
No, I am not getting personal. I am just politetly telling you not to avoid making comments that might sound disrespectful.
Anyway, I am out of this dicussion. You can continue...

Re: mehndi outfits
A friend of mine wore olive and turquoise for her mehndi and it looked really nice. I'm still looking for the pictures. I have even seen a bride wear an olive kameez with a multi-colored "chata-patti" gharara and that looked great too!
Re: mehndi outfits
one of my cousins had olive with pink on her wedding and it looked beautiful.
Re: mehndi outfits
^ I LOVE that combination. If I didn't have a million outfits in various shades of green, I would have that made!
Re: mehndi outfits
umm does one have to put dupata on the head?
Re: mehndi outfits
nope!
its all personal preference... i didn't have one on my head for the mehendi
