I never heard Fatima speaking in Urdu, but her step-mom Ghinwa Bhutto (Benazir's SIL from Syria) not only improved in Urdu, but she also speaks good Sindhi (though many sounds in Sindhi are not present in Arabic)

Benazir wanted to give an impression that Bilawal is very much into Sufism. He was named after a revolutionary Sufi Makhdoom Bilawal (who fought for farmers' rights and was executed after a false fatwa).. But this Bilawal neither knows plight of farmers nor he is aware of basics of languages in which these sufis conveyed their message.
