No Arabs just had one main meal. Though there was concept of more than one meals at that.

BTW, as per popular Urdu idioms its ‘do waqt ka khana ho jata hai’ and not ‘3 waqt ka khana’. Moreover, the concept of sehr o Iftaar also tells that it was two times meal concept in 6th / 7th century Arab.

The link which micro shared is informative. According to that, the Romans and the Greeks had 2 meals too. The first one wasn’t a proper meal, but the second was a proper meal.
