my chai recipe:P
well take about 1cup water and bring it to boil..
now i use red label tea leaves..so add 1 1/2tsp tea leaves..add sugar as much as you want..then i add cardamon milk about 1-1/2tbsp and around 1/2cup milk..i let it smimmer for about 2-3mins or sometimes till i reach this color..it shouldn't be watery when you pour in the mug..the consistency will be milkish :)

after starting making jalferazi irealized i dont have red capsicum :smack:
so this jalferazi only wth green capsicum

n yes pic is not good bc it was still in the pot my battery was finishing just a quick pick smoke was coming so bit blurdy

i marinated the boneless chicken wth shan jalferazi mix for 45 mins thn fried them added tomatoes(i use delmonte wthout skin tomates) n cover it n put on dum till tomatoes looses water n chicken is tender thn add onions n capsicum stir fry for few minutes n thn enjoy it simple easy n yummy :)

crush oreo biscuits n place the at bottome of the dish. in separate pot melt cooking chocolate add cream in it n mix it well pour this over crushed oreo biscuits again give layer of crushed oreo biscuits n then give layer of whipping cream pour chocolate syrup over whipping cream spread it wth spoon thn decorate it wth oreo biscuits n chocolate sprinkles
refigerate it for 2 hrs so tht it settles down
