ok here it is

boil potatoes, mash them add zeera,chooped onions,chopped green chillies,chopped coriander,salt,black pepper n very lil red chili n chat masla mix them well make its tikiya bit flat add cheeze in its centre(i use half cheeze slice fold it n then place in the middle) wrao the cheeze in the tiki in such a way tht u cant c cheeze from outside from anyside else u l fry all cheeze will come out make it in cutlet shape aplly egg coating n thn bread crumbs wht i do after these coatings i freeze them for an hour thn fry them
