Here are my entries. Off from work and watching cooking shows and reading this forums…

Pizza - inspired by the pizza thread. Made it with pre-made crust

Mixed Fruit Smoothie - Inspired by Smoothie Thread

Chicken Cutlet Sandwich - Used the recipe posted by Rangoli in tried and tested recipe thread



Laacha Paratha - saw the method last week on a cooking show by Sara Riaz (ARY Zauq - Kahana mein kya pakaaga - something similiar to thaat

Breaded Chicken Cutlets - this is a favorite lunch meal

Its very simple marinate small cubes of chicken wth tandoori mix or u can use ready made chicken tandoori pieces grill them either or fry them.

I used ready made tortilla bread place cheeze slice over it n grill it till cheeze melt over bread place chicken over it black olives n onions wrap it n enjoy u can add whatever u want it tastes so good :k:

Devi, have you been to the food court in DIC? There is this kamat restaurant , can you believe it , i ate their aloo kulcha for a good five years , every afternoon :omg: i was so much in love with that kulcha , it was an integral part of my lunch!
