i just realized that on 4shared, files get deleted if they are not downloaded for a certain time
i didn’t know that
that means that many of the songs i posted throughout the audio section are no longer available
so heres the plan:
make my own file hosting thingamajig, that can count how many times a file has been downloaded and has more storage space (and LOTS [emphasis on LOTS] of bandwidth)
—or find another hosting service that has more space and does not delete files after a certain time, and has good features, such as 4shared
find all the songs that people requested that were posted and are now deleted, and re-find them and re-post them
also transfer all the songs that are right now in my 4shared into the new storage
the reason i am doing all this is because the whole audio section is not of much use or value if 100’s of requested songs are no longer available for download
for example, have u ever been to a website to download a song that u have been searching for ages, and find out that the link is dead… that really makes my day
any help with doing this (especially locating old requests that are now dead) would be GREATLY appreciated
and someone please find a better storage service… even if it is at a nominal fee, i am willing to get it
lets all start doing this now and hope that our audio section will be the best one around, inshallah

by i didnt remeber it now...i got that site by typing " free upload" in google...and going deep in all sites detail ........
anyway...i will try to get that site...
about paid site there are thousands option available...
in pak...if u check magazine "spider" or "@internet" it will give u so much sites. with rates almost...(2gb space, 50gb transfer limit...@ 475/month-PKR)
but as u r sitting in Canada...u must be having cheaper plan than pk...
if u tell me the money per month u can afford...i will give u list of options/site in that package...
