Sa1eem, notwithstanding your circular/technical arguments (which you're very good at) if you're in jail you're criminal by definition. Just trust me on this one....
Brother, you mean to say that a person getting parking ticket (because of parking offence), did not paid fine because of some financial problem, and went to prison for that is now criminal, whereas the person who broke same law (parking offence) but paid fine and thus did not go to prison, is not a criminal?
