He has served 35 years in jail. what more punishment he deserves?
I believe law states "execution" for spy, if they are not executed then "lifetime" jail term is handed out. If he is released by following court orders (after following due process of investigation, evidence, full course of punishment) then its okay to release, but releasing a criminal because a human-right activist became a minister is not something to cheer for. But then why should we expect Mushy and his cronies to follow law and order.
