i think its a little unfair to make ‘i told you so claims’ on this basis. most of the staunchest Afridi captaincy support came relatively late (the 09 world cup is only 9 months old…), so its been a short period of Afridi support for pretty much everyone, you arent alone there.
i dont recall you having concerns on his competence on that thread, and seizing the opportunity now doesnt work. fact that he made bad decisions now doesnt validate any concerns expressed following the ball biting controversy, and no points have been proven at all.
on the other hand if at some point he does bite the ball and dance on the pitch I would be happy to concede the point to you.
