You must be all aware that Pakistan Rupee has devaluded considerably against the US Dollar in last 2 months or so. In fact, Pak Rupee must be one of the few currencies in the world which is losing value against a continously weaking US Dollar.
in the whole world people are selling off the weakning dollar to get rid of it with is going down, unfortunatly the oppersite is happening in pakistan people want to get rid of the rupee and get the dollar and the amazing thing about this is that the gov. has blocked off the buying off dollar and no exchange in pakistan is offering the dollar, how ironic when the whole world is trying to sell it off.

KARACHI: The foreign exchange reserves of the country have witnessed a slide of 355.5 million dollars and now stand at 9.92 billion dollars – lower than 10 billion.
According to the figures released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the foreign exchange reserves of Pakistan fell below 10 billion dollars for the first time after 2003.
Banking experts say the decline in reserves is being seen because the SBP has supplied large quantity of dollars in the market to stabilize the value of rupee against dollar.

Japanese Yen was around 105 around 3-4 months ago, it slid down to 97 around a month later , guess where it is now.

Yaar look on the bright side. The judges will be restored on 12 May 2008 and everything will be alright. Only three more days to wait now. Why else would the govt. give the restoration of judges the priority and galavant around the world making 'declarations'?
