2. Mass graves are an aspect of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
3. The Indian army controls these areas.

This has been clarified by Indian government a number of times ..... these are the graves of terrorists who had infiltrated from Pakistan and had been killed in Kashmir.
With Kashmir moving towards resolution, a lot of people's livelihood is going to be hit ... hence these are cris from groups that benfited from militancy in Kashmir.
