OK so i use gel eyeliner by mac and its nice but i want to take one more but with a diff application so which one would u recommend? i tried chanel’s and it was nice but i m thinking and wanting to go with a less expensive alternative. Same goes for mascara, rite now i have mac’s but want to get one more since i believe its time to replace the old one.
suggestions pls?

There is this orange mascara..I think its by Maybelline but it comes in an orange tube that works AHMAZINGLY well makes eyelashes pop and look thick and luscious.
This is a sidenote but does anyone know how to apply eyeliner to the bottom lash line...you know in that dramatic, kinda sexy, smudged look? does anyone know what im talking about? lol

The orange tube one is by Covergirl, Lashblast Volume. It works really great, but I think it's slightly dry. As much as I love my Dior mascara, I have to say that drugstore one's (L'Oreal + Covergirl + Maybelline) are amazing. And since mascara ends up drying up/being replaced faster than anything else...its a good deal too.

I don't see the point of spending so much on mascara's since they essentially all do the same thing. The one i use is maxfactor and its amazing! i always come back to it after trying others!

And Zareen, what kind of eye liner are you looking for? Gel, pencil or liquid? If you are looking for pencil, Milani's Liquid'eye Pencils are AMAZING and so inexpensive, Stila's eyeliners are amazing.
Also, Avon and Tarte both make this gel-liquid liner in a retractable form which is SUPER pigmented.
I personally prefer gel for their longevity and I like the MAC and Bobbi Brown ones. I am thinking of trying the YSL one which is a pencil one.

I already have mac's gel fluidline...now i am wanting to go for something whose application is easy as i cnt really put the mac one on myself...and yah preferably has a solid color so i guess i should try avon and tarte like you've suggested.

Ah, in that case you’ll love the Avon one. It’s the same thing as Tarte’s but a fraction of the price. It’s this one here. Stila also makes those Smudge Sticks and the shade Stingray is extremely dark and pigmented. Think of it like Urban Decay’s Perversion but with longevity because these actually “set” and don’t move, even in water or with wear the way the Urban Decay pencils do. I notice they start smudging through out the day. I have the Stila one in Lionfish which is a gorgeous chocolate brown and it’s perfect for brown smokey eyes when you want to line your waterline or with bronzey makeup and red lips.

I've only ever liked Max Factor, no matter how many others I try, I always love how well Max Factor ones work

I tried quite a few mascaras today! Im confused cuz i cudnt tell which one was better lol but yah i wanted a curved brush bt cudnt find it neither in maybelline nor in maxfactor. It was only available in rimmel and i hve never used this brand so i was nt comfortable with it 
. I kinda this mascara (orange cover) by maybelline n it was quite cheap 2 so maybe i wl just buy it? Hmm.
I didnt like eyeliners by any of these brands, they lukd cheap n weird. I didn’t see tart or avon here so yah …tried Chanel’s eye liner and it was AaaaMaZing!

ok so now mac has Cook MAC fluidline liner? How is that diff from the original fluidline?

Mascara & Eye Liner.
Max factor defo for mascara. Like others have said I'm always on the hunt for the best/better mascara. But always come back to maxfactor. Revlon eyeliner pencils are great and really versatile. The one I use has a little sponge on one end and is soooo good for smudging. It can make a line on my top lid like a gel liner. Or it can be smoked out. Usually I use them for my waterline. LOVE LOVE LOVEEE.

I've bought several bottles of Smashbox's Soft Effects eyeliner. It's packaged in a way that liquid eyeliner typically is...and it has the same wand-type applicator......but the eyeliner is in powder form. Some people don't like it because of the "fall-out" during/after application......but it's not a big deal for me....I just wipe it off and it's fine after that. I really like the soft and sort of smudged/smoky look it gives your eyes...along with a bit of mascara. It's subtle and that's how I prefer my eyeliner. If you like a more bolder/darker look....then this wouldn't be the one for you.
As for mascara, I really like Lancome's Definicils.....and have used it several times. I wipe of the excess on the edge of the bottle and there's little clumping. As for the regular variety....I use Great Lash and I like it because it's light...doesn't clump...and allows me to layer up.

I am into Tarte's eyeliners these days...the gel pot comes with its own brush. I will be looking into others too pretty soon.
Mascara...love Dior and Lancome. BUT I neeeeed to have Loreal's Voluminous in my bag at all times (comes with a curvy brush too). That goes on first and then anything else. And the lashes after that are just AH-mazinggg!

M, what's the best pencil for a smokey eyed look?
Liquid looks lovely on other ppl but too harsh on me..
