minah-pa , lets say for argument's sake that she wasn't his teacher. Would you still consider her a sexual predator. And he was not a child, he was sexually mature since he did get her pregnant by having sex with her.

Re: Mary Kay Letourneau
PCG, in the time of the prophet, life span was about 42 yrs. If you were lucky enough to reach that ripe old age, you were considered to be very old...so it follows that 12 is not all that young IN THAT society, yes?
Nowadays, people live well into their 80s and the age of 12 is still childhood. A 12 year old of today is vastly different from a 12 year old from the time of the Prophet.
Re: Mary Kay Letourneau
If she was an adult, yes, I would still.
C'mon, sperm production is physical, has nothing to do with maturity.
This has been done to death, lol, think you are just arguing now for the sake of debate.
Re: Mary Kay Letourneau
ok so u are now concerned why 18 is supposed to be the legal age.. 18 is when u complete high school.. now high school is the minimum education one can have for a basic kinda job.. so anybody who can get a job can marry (read have sex) as he/she has a very good chance of getting a job than a person who’s 12 yrs old and has completed 5th standard.. this is only to make sure that our society does not evolve into some lawless orgy kinda place where there is no concept of family and ba$tards (no pun intended) roam the streets… human society is a family-based society and we lay a lot of stress on the sanctity of a family construct.. hence, we enact laws that ensure that the institution called family is perpetuated and there is no chance for such absurd situations as that of vili fualaau to occur.. hope u get my point now, pyari

make sure that our society does not evolve into some lawless orgy kinda place where there is no concept of family and ba$tards (no pun intended) roam the streets...
Darn, I guess the US missed that boat.

PCG jumpes up and down WHY do you have to ruin it?

*sigh*Unfortunately PCG, you are right. Our adult pedophiles actually get arrested instead of hiding behind archaic law and family. It's a shame I can't get rid of my 15 yr old by giving her to the 80 yr old horny guy down the street, especially if I can get money in the process. Not to mention the prestige if he happens to be the mayor's half cousin twice removed by marriage. tsk, tsk.....
We have a funny thing in our lawless society about that thing - usually no tolerance.
I give up, lol, enjoy your night, going home to cook now like a proper wife in this lawless society I live in.
Re: Mary Kay Letourneau
gosh, the US sure did miss the boat no doubt cos they have such excellent benefits to offer pedophiles.. a nice place where u can live forever (and only there) and u’ll be given free food.. if u’r lucky u get ur intimate orifices probed with the most inane objects by your fellow residents.. occasionally u get could get preferential treatment because of your virtues (sic) from your supervisor or co-residents.. add no access to the cruel outside world and you have a world-class facility at offer.. what else could such people ask for?? and as minah sez, these people can boldly claim such official benefits rather than hide behind justifications based on medieval religious laws.. wow, one helluva society aint it?*
*if u missed the sarcasm, please dont even think replying ![]()
