Actually there is my Chughtai friend. In there family some people say that " Chughtais are Pathans ", some say that " Chughtais are Mughals “, some say that " Chughtais are only Khans " and some say that " Chughtais are Mughal- Pathans or Pathan-Mughals”.
In their family mostly people use “Chughtai” as a surname, but some also use “Khan” and “Khan Chughtai” as a surname.
No one uses Mirza or Baig as a Surname.
