What if a wifey wants to make a mini porn film for her husband?

I guess my question is, is it worse because he’s watching other women doing sexy stuff, or is it the actual act of watching porn that’s worse?

It is ok to watch wife’s porn video, if and only if it does not lead him to the point of self enjoyment.
