so here is my take..
There is a hadess that says (paraphrasing) that the thing between our legs and thing between our cheeks would take us to hell unless we control. Arguing that the first one would lead to Zina and second to gheebat .. and then assuming that more men are indulged in first sin and women in second - and then adding to this another hadess which says (paraphrasing) that there will be more women in hell than men - we can safely conclude that Gheebat is a far serious of a sin (and highly neglected) than Zina (or watching porn which is aankhon ka zina)
