It's pretty rude and disrespectful towards your wife to dream, let alone think about your ex. BUT, like you said, it was a dream and you love your wife to death. Just stop thinking about it, dwelling on it and inshallah you will stop dreaming about her. Make sure you read your ayatul qursi and your quls before sleeping too ... just in case of jadoo. :p
