You didn't mention anything which bothers you except that you are not sure about her. You have written that she is your cousin.... can't you ask your mother that you want to talk to her before finalizing things. It will give you and a girl time to understand each other. May be she is according to your expectations but you don't now because she is in different country. Discuss this with your mother... tell her what bothers you actually about her..

p.s and no you are not too young to get married. If you are financially stable and can support family then there is nothing to wait for. Get married and enjoy your life.
