There is a time for everything. When you are mature enough, get married but do not delay it too much which causes to fall in some type of sin. Marriage is not a joke and should be taken seriously. When you decide to get married, you should know that everyone has good and bad in them (no one is 100% good in this world) and you should accept your companion with good and bad in them. Do not try to change your spouse unless they have something bad in them which Islam doesn't allow. In order for a marriage to be sucessful, first and foremost you have to live your life and marriage by Islam. Also know that sometimes you have to compromise in marriage (by compromise, I do not mean compromise Islam but rather stuff which Islam is not against such as you want to take your family to Place A and your family wants to go to Place B, then you should take them to Place B to make them happy). Both parties should learn to sacrifice and compromise when required.
the next most beautiful relationship after Allah(SWT)-human and parent-child... provided if both partners are ready/willing to make a life-long commitment built upon mutual love, respect, and compromises.
