You need to show 6 months worth of payslips and bank statements, if they are correct he can get his visa within a couple of weeks. I think you need to be earning over 1200 a month then you will have a good chance of getting the visa.

You need to be spending some of the money too, you can’t just save all the money your making (he won’t get the visa like that, believe me) like buying your weekly shopping etc, so it all seems believable.

My cousin is getting married in a few months and has started working a few months back, she’s earning around that much a month and her lawyer is very sure that her hubby will get the visa inshallah. Its all about the papers, they need to be correct.

Obviously your situation is different because you have kids etc but talk to a lawyer, he’ll help you out.

Btw your hubby’s attitude is not right, are you sure he wants to even come to the uk?! You can’t mess with the law, things don’t just happen by luck with these guys!!
