You are spreading lies by making claims “Islamic law says this”…Secondly it is not nessesary that I or other muslims follow the same hadith book as you as I am a Muslim but not necessarily a Sunni. Whose books of hadith are you going to enforce? Lastly you contradict yourself by saying “the Islamic state can regulate within the boundary of Islam” that is what I said as well it is for the legislators to legistate not you sitting on a forum or your local maulvi to decide
