Marital Rape......

Re: Marital Rape…

I am not spreading any lies. I am writing it like it is. You cannot take the Quran without the Hadith. One is what to do and the other is how to do it. I am saying that no Hadd punishment exists for marital rape. This is backed by every Hadith collection that talks about hadd punishment. The Quran does not say that this punishment exists. This is the view of every school of Islamic thought in both Sunni and Shia Islam.

Again this does not mean that Islam wants this or encourages it. It means that husbands have a lot of power and it should not be abused. At the end Allah knows what you do, how you do it and what is in your heart . Allah is the best judge and you will pay for your actions in the hereafter if you get away with them in this world.

Which legislators are you writing about? The ones who try to change the laws of God? The ones who break their own laws. The ones who are bought and paid for?

Yes, the Islamic state can regulate within the boundary of Islam.
