What the hell is a strategy paper? It says nothing about any woman ever being interviewed, or even the word survey. No surprise it was written by gender (women) rights activists. What’s next? Monsanto writing a “strategy paper” on the virtues of agent orange? Four in five? No one is going to deny that a lot of women are victims of domestic abuse, but 4 out of 5? If they are going to BS, they should at least make it believable. And then the report mentions there were only 4000 reported cases. Which equates to a reporting percentage of 0.00465%.
