i love the dresses but i agree with someone who said that you can get the same exact thing made for cheaper.......the prices seem rediculous especially since you can get the same designs at liberty

is zardosi in karachi or just lahore?

went to maira boutique in southall, and i'm sorry but her designs are horrible to see in real life........i just did not get them some of them are so wierd and unsual but in a bad way.

coincidently I met a lady who said the same thing about maria b's designs....she was saying how the designs were "ganday" ......well has anyone else gone to her stalls here in NY or to her boutiques outside of Pakistan.......maybe she keeps the good designs only in Pakistan ?

Hi guys, what do u think of these two styles. From Maria B’s current collection. I saw them at her boutique in UK, but prices for both were over 2k here! So im thinking i could haggle in pakistan, possibly up to half, given my friend haggled hers from 3500lakh to 1500lakh when she was at her boutique in lahore. I just liked the two styles…pink/purple for barat and light pink for walima? Just getting some ideas…the pink/purple is a gharara, with lots of layers at the bottom, so it looks floaty…but u can get the same in a lengha style i was told cus im not keen on gharara!. u can’t see the bottom here.

See the pink one is a different color of the main one that we have in platinum color…Its a very glamorous looking one…One of my favourites…It shines a lot as its full of crystals…I wore that in Pakistan…omg the fit is amazing …totally amazing…Very flaterring:D…

sorry, which one are u talking about. the light one does have an amazing fit, the cut of the top was very corset style.

I am talking about the light pink one...in the prototype we have that in platinum color.It is full of swarovosky crystals.And as for picing...we do try to work within the budget of the brides, making changes as necessary for example not using all of the swarovsky crystals as that tends to make outfits more expensive:)

Here is the prototype’s pic in platinum…The picture doesnt do it much justice as in real life..it is very glamorous looking…sparkles a lot…waise this one is exactly the one that I wore..the fit is amazing.It was like made for me:D!!..but came too late..…The combination is with ice blue used sparingly just as piping for dupatta.
