Nope…that doesn’t matter much…seems like you will be applying for your fiancé after the marriage which will be a I-130 application. K-1 is only for fiancé before you get married. You should be able to apply for K-3 after you apply for I-130. You might want to re-check the time lines…it usually takes 9 months to a year before the beneficiary can make it into the US. For Pakistani men it usually takes longer because they have to go though an Admin review which is basically a background check that happens thru FBI.
