Why can army be not involved? Its army who obtained funding from likes of Saudi Arabia to prop up ‘jihadi camps’ and LeJ/LeT types are all result of that.

It is well known fact that Taliban sympathizers are present everywhere. So what you are saying is nothing new.
But what is deploring is that the courts are hand in hand to those SSP and LJ supporters. And it these same courts who** otherwise claim to be the torch-bearers of law.**
What it shows is that Iftikhar and his ilk are hypocrites. These hypocrites use law for their own purpose. And this make them no different from any other politician, military dictator, or establishment.

Are you saying the session judge and CJ broke a law when this guy was granted bail for lack of evidence?
