Re: Malik Ishaq granted bail
May be because in this case army is not involved. But if Iftikhar and co. really care about people then why can't they postpone the cases of these fasaadis themselves?
Why can army be not involved? Its army who obtained funding from likes of Saudi Arabia to prop up 'jihadi camps' and LeJ/LeT types are all result of that.
It is well known fact that Taliban sympathizers are present everywhere. So what you are saying is nothing new.
But what is deploring is that the courts are hand in hand to those SSP and LJ supporters. And it these same courts who** otherwise claim to be the torch-bearers of law.**
What it shows is that Iftikhar and his ilk are hypocrites. These hypocrites use law for their own purpose. And this make them no different from any other politician, military dictator, or establishment.
Are you saying the session judge and CJ broke a law when this guy was granted bail for lack of evidence?

Re: Malik Ishaq granted bail
This CJ and the Judiciary in general is and always has been part of the "establishment" that also include select bureaucrats and military generals. No surprise they release the terrorists and drag their heels on cases like Asghar Khan petition, NLC scam and the Abottabad commission. When they want to punish someone they will convict and kill no matter how weak or fake the case may be (Bhutto's murder is the prime example).

Not much , Actually our establishment and its agencies are like octopus , Everyone including CJ is trapped some way . They have created a fear . They can kill anyone anywhere any time so every one is afraid of them .
Just think if they don't want to see CJ any more
Who will be blamed ?
CJ knew it and perhaps don't want to be Murtaza Bhutto Second .

You are saying CJ is afraid but that is just speculation on your part with nothing to back that. Also, it is not just the CJ but most of the judges that seem to have a soft corner for terrorists and extremists and their agenda. It is not just the CJ that is letting terrorists free even after they get caught red handed while prosecuting cases against PPP on the flimsiest of the charges. How much more time and money do they want to spend cases against AAZ? Their favorite punishment is to launch many many cases against whomever they don't like and then drag those cases for decades or just eliminate and kill those people.
However when they want let some one go free, the same cases get expedited and bail granted as the first step to freedom. How can they not find any evidence against the mullas of Lal Masjid? When MQM was in establishment's ire, they had multitudes of cases and convictions against them. The same MQM is all clean and innocent of any crime now. Their bias is all in the open. They are another cog in the establishment machine of which ISI is just another part.
Re: Malik Ishaq granted bail
Cases depends upon witnesses .
if you search the cases of Sialkot , karchi and Quetta of last year where live videos of killing were recorded , No one could be hanged .
Re: Malik Ishaq granted bail
Helooo. What is this question? Has your account been hijacked? Isn’t it the very thing we have been discussing all along? You and Ifti are so satisfied that justice has been given to these known fasaadi terrorists. But people like you care not for thousands of innocent people who get killed because of this SELECTIVE justice from SSP’s friends in courts.
You and Iftikhar are satisfied that justice is done but is it really justice to let go known terrorists due to witnesses afraid to come forward? Don’t you and Ifti know this basic fact?
I can’t believe you play so stupid only to save ifti’s rear. But at what expense?
Re: Malik Ishaq granted bail
You and this, you and that… I know you hate me, go on I won’t take your blinders off because it is only you who can do it.
Re: Malik Ishaq granted bail
Why would I hate you? But I do hate oppressors and their supporters.
