You are not alone: Many men have some chest development, whether muscle, fat or glandular tissue (gynecomastia). Weight gain and advancing years can create support problems, with sagging or bouncing. Men may be reluctant to turn to the solutions women use, such as a sports bra. They want the equivalent of a sports bra for men.

Symptoms: A bouncing chest is unpleasant and may be painful. Some men may simply give up activities that lead to the bounce rather than seeking solutions. Nipple chafing may occur in men and women of any chest size.

Ace Bandage: Wind an ace bandage around your chest a few times to provide flattening and support. Be sure it isn’t so tight as to restrict your breathing.

Now I know that sweet.i.f would read this article with arousing interest but for the normal folks like you, how threatening of a problem this would be if you (being a male) or your partner (where you being female) is slipping in that direction.

By the time this issue turns up I think a woman would have been with the husband for ages anyway and wouldn’t probably care

I mean the moobs would have to be pretty big to warrant concern
