If I were ever affected by this, I'd schedule a mastectomy the very next day.

Also I've heard this problem is related to some hormonal imbalance, so anyone affected would obviously seek medical treatment rather than run around wearing a wonderbra.

I’ve seen a young guy around 23yrs old ..who came in the OPD since he had developed moobs..err one side only…the other half was normal. It was hormonal imbalance and an mastectomy was done the same week.

But ermm ya, that post makes it seem like the guy has a “d” cup, hence they’re bouncing everywhere. If so he probebly needs to lose weight. And while in physical activity I guess those bra’s could work :hmmm:.

Those guys can also become body builders, because body builders have moobs but they’re all muscle so it’s all good, I guess?

I’ve seen many men with moobs especially when they wear figure hugging polo shirts. I feel like slicing them with a sharp knife then filing them.

Anyway, to answer your question, I find men with big tidds and big boobs very unattractive. However, if IF IFFFFF my husband ever develops one of them, I will still love him :naak: but ask him to see a doc for his health reasons. Now sports bra would look really horrible.

gynecomastia .... is the technical term for it. It is a real medical issue ... though not a commonly seen

I've seen in it newborns (occasionally), adolescent males (most recently a mortified 13 yrs old) and elderly males.
causes range from relatively benign to pathologic (testicular ca) to drug induced.

newborns: maternal hormonal influence. a temporary condition

adlescents: hormonal imbalance of puberty ... most often temporary (may go on for several months - 2 yrs or so). These kids are often "watched" or worked up" by their pediatricians for more serious underlying metabolic abnormalities.

elderly:
a) hormonal imbalance is always in the differential ... BUT ... raises for more concern and warrants a workup.
b) often caused as side effect of certain medications (diuretics in particular)

incidently .... true gynecomatia (proliferation of glandular tissue) should be distinguished from pseudogynecomastia (which is proliferation/accumulation of adipose tissue) which can be due to things like obesity

Treatment obviously varies with underlying cause .... options include
1: takeing pt off of the offending med
2: androgens ... course of exogenous male hormones
3: liposuction
4; reduction mamoplasty
5: compression garments
