At first, I couldn’t make sense of what you said. Perhaps, you wanted to say that there could be bad guys/miscreants who are not muslims but their “engineered” behavior of **posing as muslims may give a bad name to the religion Islam **and Muslims. I have two questions here:

1)** How can you expect such people to obey a law.** doesn’t it sound ridiculous?

2. Do you think there are no bad guys among the Muslims?
