thats true, there is a similarity between the 2 characters, an innate weakness which eventually takes over their entire character/personality.
its such a simple storyline so far, the complexity is in the characters, they seem to be the driving force in the story (just like ‘doraha’). thats what good direction is all about, in my opinion, when the characters become larger than life and instead of giving weird twists to the story itself the drama is created through the gradual growth of these characters, what mehreen jabbar excels at. love it!
