i don't know about islamabad..but u can learn makeup from websites. I think that saves time and money as tutorials these days are so detailed on the net. better yet, look for makeup videos on youtube. it's like watching your teacher on a computer screen..there are lots of makeup professionals there who post videos of makeup lessons.

yes i have learn alot from youtube but there must be parlours in islamabad where their are courses for makeup ? does anyone knows ?
