hey gina what is the proper way to apply a primer before oe after the moisturizer or alone? also i have dark circles under my eyes n so what color primer/concealer sshould i use?
Just apply u're primer to cleansed and toned skin.. if u use a sunblock apply it before u apply u're primer.
Primers come in gel/cream and spray/mist forms.. use accordingly :)
For dark under-eye circles use a highly pigmented concealer.. that matches u're skintone or is just ONE shade lighter than u're complexion. Follow-up with a dusting of loose powder..
