hey ladies my wediing is in oct 2013. which make up artist would be best for an ivory colored barat dress ?. I have attractive features but sunken eyes. I want elaborated eyes. Marium khwaja is th best but i think her eye make up is way to subtle and madeehas makes eyes conjusted. help !!

My sister in law just asked yesterday, and she is charging 60k and i beleive services are not included.

for base she uses TV stick, for blush its body shop and for eyeshades and other things it mostly makeup forver and avon

I remember reading that she uses high end products like bobbi brown and mac etc. hence the high prices. I heard she charges 65 now, saw a recent bride and wasn’t impressed much.

^ in that price, if she purchases a new set of branded makeup for every bride and gifts the leftover makeup to them, she will still save a LOT. It all a race of status in our society and showing off big names at events that has got these people charging sky-high prices.

i too need some recommendations for makeup artist in lhr for my sis wedding. i have recently seen a mariams bride but wasnt impressed. all of her brides have same hair and almost similar eyes. i ve considered madeehas but heard mixed reviews abt them.
one of my frnd got her makeup done from a guy called sakib chishti or something he charges 50000 my frnd looks pretty but my sis would not be comfortable having her makeup done by a guy

Last year my sister got married and got her mehndi/barat/valima makeup done from her.
Two out of the three days, the base was covered by her assistant. The one day that she did apply the base, it looked flawless.
My sister didn’t want a bright red lip and when asked to tone it down with a lighter shade, Mariam refused.

Although she is a good makeup artist, her attitude is prejudiced and something you don’t need after paying a hefty amount (she’s not exactly cheap) and on your big day. Unnecessary stress! Please learn how to be nice to people.
