S_Punk you are gorj!MA.. And Im totally loving the eye makeup :wub:..the foundation looks a bit ashy, but ill blame that on the flash because it seems to perfectly match other areas

Thank you! =) Yeah, in the professional pics & video the foundation looks great, but all my flash pics it came out ashy lol.
Yeah, I loved the eye makeup both days of the wedding. Mariam Khawaja is talented.

Now... who can delete the pics?! Haha. =(

hi, i recently got my engagement make up done from mariam, i called her on her mobile number which was given on her website, she simply shut the fone on my face saying its her private number! i mean IF its your private number then y the hell would u give it out on a public website! i did not like her rude attitude! anyways regardless of that i still did go to her saloon cuz i like her work! one of her assistant did my base. there were two other brides apart from me, i had to wait for half an hour after my foundation. she did a good job, but i wasnt happy with her attitude, she was rude and arrogant. i mean i get the part that u r doing a good job but that doesnt gives you the right to be rude towards your clients cuz we are paying alot of money for your services! she use to be alot sweeter a year back! but now she is just plain rude!

It’s mandatory to be rude when fame hits us up in the head you know ! :halo:

I personally wouldn’t go back to anyone that is rude esp. when I AM THE ONE PAYING unless it is a doctor who is just about to save my life. :bailan: My self respect is way more important for me than anyone/anything.

she is so rude , i inbox her and asked a question she replied too rudely ...
bad behaviour, if she is good at make up it doesn`t mean she will treat others like this. she must change her behaviour and she is charging like hell, she should not be such rude.

i dunno what the hype is with the make up artists...
I don't say that they aint that talented or what so ever.

I got married last summer and my make up was done by a local beauty salon.. I told her what looks i wanted and showed her pix (to give her an idea) and she did it mashallah soo amazing! My face looked fresh for hours and the pix came out great! In total (including mehndi, dupatta setting and make up done at my own place) i payd her 13000 rps.

My cousin married 2 weeks after me and had her make up done by Jugnu(waseem Jugnu) ....guess what....People liked my make up more than hers.

I aint sayin that make up artists aint good or what so ever...but the charges are way to high...Even if one can afford it ...i mean where did we got our make up done a few years ago when the MUA wern't that commercial and the rates were normal? :)
